Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient touch healing therapy which uses the map of the body found on the feet to align the body. By working all the specific points on the map, I am able to release tension and blockages in the body, which manifest in muscular pain, headaches, digestive problems, high blood pressure, to name a few.​ 

Chiropractic reflexology is a cultivated specialty of mine, included in the treatment, which aligns the skeleton itself. Reflexology is also a holistic treatment which helps to calm the mind and balance the emotional being leaving you feeling relaxed and calm at the end of the treatment. ​  

I create a specific essential oil blend to use during the reflexology treatment, it is absorbed through the skin adding an extra tone of healing to the treatment.
